The overall development consists of a primary 4000m2 warehouse facility with an adjoining 400m2 two-storey office, as well as an additional 2000m2 warehouse located at the rear of the site. 

The main warehouse incorporates 200mm thick heavily reinforced concrete slabs, a fire sprinkler system, loading dock, and 600amp power supply. Additionally, there is 6000m2 of 180mm thick reinforced concrete hardstand complete with a truck weigh bridge. The rear warehouse also has a 700m2 hardstand extension and 1700m2 of crushed rock pavement.
