Our latest Green Star Registered project at Park West Drive, Derrimut, is now complete!

The two buildings combine to provide 500m2 of office, 9500m2 of warehouse, and 6500m2 of hardstand. Each building incorporates energy efficient measures including a 99kW solar systems, solar hot water units, energy and water efficient fixtures and fittings, life cycle conscious building materials, and best practice stormwater quality improvement and rainwater harvesting systems.
