Our leadership team combines decades of industry experience with a forward-thinking approach. Co-founders Dominic Cullia and Stephen Camerlengo provide strategic direction, ensuring that Corplex remains at the forefront of the construction industry. Their leadership is complemented by a team of General Managers and Directors who oversee key areas such as construction, finance, business development and human resources, ensuring that every project aligns with our core values and client expectations.

The backbone of our operations is our dedicated project and site management teams. Led by Carlo Borzillo (General Manager – Construction) and Joe Dragone (Site Operations Manager), our team ensures that every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Supported by professionals like Sami Baroudi (Construction Operations & Procurement Manager) and Gareth Davies (Project Team Manager & Senior Project Manager), we maintain a seamless workflow from inception to completion.

Under the guidance of PJ Arbuckle (Design Manager), our design and quality assurance team ensures that every project meets the highest standards. Our HR and finance teams, led by Carla Calderone (HR Manager) and Doria Zhang (Assistant Finance Manager), provide the necessary infrastructure to support our operations.
