CAREER PATHWAYS AT CORPLEX

BUILDING PEOPLE, GROWING LEADERS

At Corplex, every role plays an essential part in shaping our success. From cadets taking their first step into the industry to seasoned project managers leading large-scale developments, our people share a common goal – to deliver excellence through collaboration, integrity and technical expertise.

Our structured career pathways provide clear opportunities for growth, ensuring everyone is supported as they develop their skills, confidence and leadership potential.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CADET

LEARNING FROM THE GROUND UP

The journey often begins with our Construction Management Cadet Program, where aspiring construction professionals gain first-hand experience in the fundamentals of site management, safety and project delivery.

Cadets are immersed in both office and on-site environments, rotating through departments such as Design, Estimating, Procurement and Project Management to gain a holistic understanding of the business. Under the mentorship of senior site staff, they learn how projects are managed day-to-day, from scheduling and subcontractor coordination to site establishment and resource planning.

Progression: Upon completion, cadets are equipped to step into the role of Construction Management Graduate or Junior Site Manager, continuing their development toward a career in site or project leadership.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT GRADUATE

TRANSLATING LEARNING INTO LEADERSHIP

Graduates play an active role in live projects, supporting project teams and applying their technical knowledge to real construction environments. Through rotations in project coordination, safety management and planning, graduates gain exposure to the operational, financial and quality aspects of delivery.

They collaborate closely with project and site managers, assisting in documentation, stakeholder communication and progress reporting, while developing a strong understanding of Corplex’s Integrated Management Systems and safety standards.

Progression: Graduates transition naturally into a Project Coordinator role, where they take on greater ownership of deliverables and begin managing components of projects independently.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

BRIDGING PLANNING AND DELIVERY

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless execution of Corplex projects. Working alongside project and site managers, coordinators are responsible for assisting with planning, scheduling, procurement and contract administration.

They liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to maintain project momentum, ensuring that milestones are met, documentation is accurate, and communication is clear across all parties. The position requires strong organisation, technical understanding and proactive problem-solving.

Progression: With proven capability, Project Coordinators advance into a Senior Project Coordinator role, taking on greater responsibility for project delivery and client relationships.

SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

LEADING WITH EXPERIENCE AND INSIGHT

Senior Project Coordinators serve as the backbone of Corplex’s project delivery teams. They manage key elements of the project lifecycle, from design coordination and procurement to contract administration and quality control, ensuring every detail aligns with scope, schedule and budget.

Acting as the link between site teams, consultants and clients, they help translate plans into action, resolving challenges swiftly and maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

Progression: Senior Project Coordinators are well-positioned to progress into Project Manager roles, where they take full ownership of project outcomes and lead multidisciplinary teams.

PROJECT MANAGER

DELIVERING SUCCESS, BUILDING LEGACY

Project Managers at Corplex are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion. They manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder relationships, ensuring that every build reflects the company’s values of professionalism, client focus and excellence.

With a strong understanding of commercial and technical considerations, Project Managers lead teams of coordinators, engineers and site managers to achieve results that exceed expectations. Their leadership drives collaboration, risk management and innovation across every stage of construction.

Progression: Experienced Project Managers can advance into Senior Project Manager, Construction Manager or General Manager positions, contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the business while mentoring the next generation of Corplex leaders.
