At Corplex, we’re proud to be delivering a new purpose-built facility for Aluplast in Cranbourne West, creating a modern industrial environment designed to support the company’s growing Australian operations and specialised window and door systems.
Aluplast is a global manufacturer of uPVC window and door profile systems, supplying innovative solutions used across residential and commercial applications. With an established presence in Australia, the new Cranbourne West facility will provide the additional scale and functionality required to support the storage, handling and distribution of its extensive product range.
Set across a 14,700m² site, the development will deliver 9,500m² of total building area, combining substantial warehouse space with integrated offices and generous canopy areas to create a facility tailored around Aluplast’s day-to-day operational requirements.

A New Window of Opportunity for Aluplast
At the centre of the development is a 7,400m² warehouse, providing significant capacity for the storage and movement of Aluplast’s window and door profile systems and associated products. The expansive warehouse environment has been designed to support efficient material handling, inventory management and distribution while providing the flexibility required to accommodate the company’s evolving operations.
Complementing the warehouse is 1,500m² of canopy space, providing extensive covered areas to support loading, unloading and vehicle movements. The direct connection between these areas and the warehouse will help create efficient workflows throughout the facility and support the movement of products from storage through to dispatch.
The development also incorporates 500m² of dedicated office space, providing a modern environment for Aluplast’s administration, management and support teams. Integrated with the broader facility, the office component creates a strong connection between the company’s operational and administrative functions.
