The Corplex Graduate Program is designed for passionate and motivated individuals ready to take the next step in their construction career. Through structured learning, hands-on experience and mentorship from industry professionals, the program equips graduates with the skills, confidence and insight to become the next generation of leaders in construction.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES & OUTLINE

The 12-month Graduate Program provides structured exposure to the key areas of the business through four dedicated learning modules. Graduates rotate through multiple departments, gaining experience in both office and site environments whilst developing a clear understanding of how each function contributes to project success.
Throughout the program, graduates are mentored by Corplex leaders and supported by their peers. Together, we set individual career goals, identify strengths and create a professional development plan that guides each participant’s growth. Upon completion, graduates transition into the next phase of their career, equipped with the technical expertise, confidence and professional network to thrive in the industry.
LEARNING STREAMS
EXPERIENCE EVERY FACET OF CONSTRUCTION
Graduates benefit from hands-on involvement across several key disciplines, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive foundation for their career.
Site Management: Working alongside Site Managers, graduates gain practical experience managing daily operations, coordinating trades, monitoring safety and engaging directly with clients and consultants.
Project Management: Graduates learn the fundamentals of project delivery, assisting with planning, quality control, document management and stakeholder communication to ensure projects run seamlessly.
Occupational Health & Safety: Exposure to safety management provides graduates with a solid understanding of Corplex’s Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental systems, including inductions, audits and compliance activities.
Business Development: Within the Business Development team, graduates help design solutions and develop proposals that support Corplex’s growth. They learn about client management, tender coordination and strategic planning.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn from experienced mentors
Graduates must be Australian or New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents at the time of application.
