Designed with hygiene, durability, and operational efficiency at its core, Corplex has successfully delivered a purpose-built food manufacturing facility for Davinci Foods in Epping.
Situated on a 9,800m² site, the development comprises a total building area of 6,500m², including a 5,500m² warehouse and manufacturing space, a 500m² two-level office, and a 600m² food-grade production area, all designed and constructed to meet stringent industry standards for food processing and hygiene.

Hygiene Meets Efficiency: New Food Facility Delivered for Davinci Foods
A 500m² loading canopy facilitates seamless all-weather loading and unloading, optimising logistics flow while protecting goods and staff from the elements. The site also includes 89 dedicated car spaces, ensuring accessibility and convenience for staff, visitors and delivery operations.
Internally, the manufacturing and processing zones are finished with high-performance epoxy flooring and integrated in-floor drainage systems, prioritising cleanliness, durability and ease of maintenance. These features were carefully implemented to meet regulatory requirements and align with best-practice food safety standards.
