Our latest chapter has just been completed in Deer Park, where we’ve delivered a dynamic mixed-use development for our client, Bardcom. This isn’t just another build. Bardcom approached us with a clear ambition: to create a modern, multi-functional space blending premium office facilities with practical industrial capacity. What followed was a collaborative journey that brought that vision to life across a 3,100m² site, now home to two distinctive buildings, each designed to complement the other.

Building A stands at three storeys and is the heartbeat of the development’s commercial focus. It houses thirteen self-contained offices, an elevator servicing all levels, communal toilets, a shared boardroom, and a top-floor outdoor deck that brings light and air into the workday. A polished communal entry completes the experience with a strong first impression.

Building B delivers a robust industrial presence with eight warehouses, each equipped with mezzanine areas to maximise vertical space and flexibility. These spaces are built for efficiency, supporting storage, distribution and light manufacturing, while the mezzanine second floor ensures seamless management within the same footprint.

With a total building area of 3,600m² and 2,900m² of net floor space shared between office and warehouse use, the site has been planned to deliver balance and adaptability.
