Corplex is proud to be delivering a new benchmark in small-format industrial warehousing in South Australia through our partnership with Beverley Brick Co. and AuOro Developments.
Located in Beverley, just 15 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, this two-stage industrial project is designed for flexibility, functionality and long-term commercial value.
Phase one of the development brings 12 architecturally designed warehouse units to life on a compact 5,200m² parcel. With 2,700m² of warehouse and 3,600m² of total building area, these units maximise space efficiency while providing premium usability for a wide range of small-to-medium industrial businesses. Each unit is designed with modern form and practical function in mind, streamlining loading, access and day-to-day operations.
Once completed, the broader site will span 11,000m² with more than 5,200m² of total building area, transforming a previously underutilised area into a thriving business precinct. A strong focus on quality materials, considered landscaping and vehicle movement ensures that both aesthetics and functionality are prioritised throughout.
