Fueling Deer Park’s Future: Corplex Brings Caltex to Life
We’re proud to have delivered the new Caltex service station in Deer Park, a modern, high-performing fuel and retail facility designed to serve both commuters and the surrounding community with efficiency, safety and convenience.
At the heart of the site is a state-of-the-art fuel forecourt featuring eight petrol bowsers positioned beneath a large, architecturally integrated canopy. Designed to Caltex’s stringent operational and safety standards, the canopy provides full weather protection while supporting smooth vehicle circulation and clear visibility across the site. Integrated lighting, durable materials and considered detailing enhance both day-to-day usability and the overall street presence of the development.

Adjacent to the forecourt, the convenience store delivers a contemporary retail experience, offering a bright, well-organised layout that supports fast and intuitive customer movement. High-quality finishes, modern refrigeration, food and beverage stations and efficient back-of-house facilities ensure the store can operate seamlessly while providing a welcoming environment for customers. Generous parking and clear access points further support ease of use during peak periods.
Constructed on a greenfield site, this project required comprehensive coordination from the earliest stages. Corplex managed all civil works, service installations, fuel infrastructure integration and compliance requirements, including environmental controls and fire safety systems. Close collaboration with consultants, authorities and specialist contractors ensured the project was delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
