At Corplex, we take pride in delivering commercial spaces that elevate brands and enhance customer experience. Our recent Carl’s Jr. project in Greenvale embodies this approach; a dynamic, high-performance restaurant designed to capture the bold personality of one of the world’s most recognisable quick-service brands while meeting the operational demands of a fast-paced food environment.
Set on a 1,500m² site, this 400m² purpose-built facility has been strategically designed to maximise efficiency and flow within a compact footprint. The building is supported by a 500m² roof structure, providing strong architectural definition and weather protection, while the surrounding site layout prioritises customer accessibility, visibility, and operational performance.

Big Impact on a Small Site: Corplex Delivers Carl’s Jr. Greenvale
Externally, the development features a 1,200m² car park area that accommodates both dine-in and drive-thru customers with ease. The carefully designed 500m² drive-thru lane allows for smooth vehicle circulation, with ample stacking distance, a covered pick-up window, and an adjacent waiting bay to support fast, efficient service. Every detail has been considered to ensure minimal congestion and seamless transitions between order, collection and exit.
Inside, the design combines function with atmosphere. The restaurant’s open-plan layout includes dine-in seating, a high-spec kitchen, cool and dry storage zones, office space and delivery access, all configured for efficiency and staff safety. Warm materials, clear branding, and well-planned lighting contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects Carl’s Jr.’s signature energy and identity.
From the early planning and civil works through to final fit-out, Corplex collaborated closely with key stakeholders to deliver a facility that meets brand standards while adhering to local regulatory and environmental requirements. The project team ensured a balance between aesthetic impact and operational practicality, from landscaping and traffic management to mechanical systems and food-grade compliance.
