Set on a 6,100m² site, the 2,500m² purpose-built facility delivers an integrated industrial solution that brings together warehouse efficiency, workshop capability and modern office space. The 2,300m² warehouse and service areas have been carefully planned to support Cornell’s end-to-end operations, incorporating multiple diagnostic bays, hoist-equipped vehicle workspaces and dedicated rooms for component disassembly, cleaning, assembly, testing and packaging. Clear internal zoning allows jobs to move logically through the facility, reducing handling time and improving consistency and quality control.
Complementing the operational areas is 200m² of contemporary office space, providing a professional environment for administration, engineering, client engagement and staff collaboration. The inclusion of meeting rooms, a boardroom and staff amenities ensures the facility supports not just productivity, but also team wellbeing and long-term growth.

Externally, 600m² of car parking and accessways enable smooth movement of service vehicles, deliveries and customer drop-offs, while a landscaped entry and outdoor seating area contribute to a welcoming first impression and improved staff amenity. Careful attention was paid to circulation, separation of vehicle and pedestrian movement, and future expansion potential, ensuring the site can adapt as Cornell’s operations evolve.
