At Corplex, we know that great builds aren’t always about going vertical, sometimes they’re about maximising footprint, functionality and future use. That’s exactly what we’ve achieved with our latest project for Corobis, a purpose-built storage facility located in Ravenhall.
Designed with efficiency at its core, this development transforms a 4,600m² site into a smart, accessible and secure storage solution, balancing form and practicality for both short-term users and long-term tenants. The build includes 27 individual storage units, all generously proportioned and easily accessible via central drive-through circulation. Each unit is constructed to provide safe, secure and versatile space for a wide range of commercial and personal storage needs. With a total building area of 2,300m², the facility delivers exactly what Corobis envisioned: 2,300m² of pure storage functionality, with no wasted space and no compromise on usability.

To support the facility’s daily operations, the development also includes a well-planned car park area of 2,300m², offering ample room for manoeuvring, loading and visitor parking. In total, the site accommodates 56 dedicated car spaces, including 2 accessible spaces and 4 tandem bays.
Throughout the build, our team at Corplex worked closely with Corobis to ensure that every metre of land was optimised and every detail delivered to spec. From durable material choices to site grading and drainage, the result is a development that’s robust, low-maintenance, and future-ready.
