Located on a 2,100m² site, the facility has been thoughtfully designed to balance practicality, modern aesthetics and operational efficiency. With a total built area of 2,200m², the development comprises a 1,400m² three-storey office, a 700m² warehouse and 700m² of on-site car parking, comfortably accommodating 31 vehicles. Every component of the site has been carefully planned to support the diverse and fast-moving nature of our business.

Equally integral to the facility is the 700m² warehouse, which plays a critical role in supporting our operational requirements. Designed with high-clearance storage and flexible vehicle access, the warehouse enables efficient handling of equipment, materials and logistics. This purpose-built space ensures our project teams remain agile, well-equipped and ready to respond quickly, reinforcing our ability to deliver projects with precision and confidence.
