Corplex Crafts State-of-the-Art Facility to Elevate Edgemill Group’s Legacy
At Corplex, we’re proud to be partnering with Edgemill Group, a diversified Australian business with a strong footprint across beverage manufacturing, packaging, property and retail. With operations spanning AGDA Distilleries, Australian Wine Packaging, Stavrakoulis Properties and SelectLiquor.com.au, alongside other complementary ventures within the group, Edgemill Group required a facility that brings scale, efficiency and flexibility together under one roof. Their new state of the art facility in Laverton North has been purpose built to support multi layered operations while positioning the group for long term growth.
Spanning an expansive 21,000m² site, the development provides the capacity and infrastructure required for high volume production, storage and distribution across Edgemill Group’s businesses. The total building footprint of approximately 2,600m² integrates several critical operational functions, including a 1,700m² warehouse designed for secure and efficient storage and logistics, a 500m² manufacturing and processing area to support distilling, packaging and value add operations, and a 200m² amenities and laboratory zone dedicated to quality assurance, testing and compliance.

The warehouse has been carefully configured to accommodate diverse product types and workflows, supporting everything from bottled spirits and wine packaging components through to finished retail ready goods. Generous clearances, durable flooring and efficient loading provisions allow AGDA Distilleries and Australian Wine Packaging to operate at scale, improving throughput while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This consolidated approach reduces handling, shortens turnaround times and enables smoother coordination between production and distribution.
A further 300m² showroom and office component provides a professional client facing environment that supports both brand engagement and day to day administration. This space allows Edgemill Group to host meetings, tastings and product presentations, while also housing operational teams that support their retail and property interests, including SelectLiquor.com.au and Stavrakoulis Properties. Bringing these functions together strengthens collaboration across the group and improves visibility across their end-to-end supply chain.
