Partnership in Progress: Corplex and MAB Deliver Element Park in Clyde North
Element Park in Clyde North is now complete, marking the successful delivery of another major industrial precinct in partnership with long-term client, MAB Corporation. Situated on a prominent 4.77-hectare site along Berwick-Cranbourne Road, the project reinforces Corplex’s ongoing role in shaping high-quality, future-focused industrial spaces in Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor.
Delivered across two stages, the development comprises four main buildings; A, B, C, and D, totalling approximately 19,735m² of building area. Stage 1 included Building A, featuring 18 smaller-format warehouses tailored for a range of local businesses, and Building B, offering 10 larger units designed for high-capacity industrial use. These were followed by Stage 2, which added Buildings C and D, further diversifying the range of tenancy options and completing the broader masterplan.

Each building was designed to maximise site efficiency while offering flexibility and quality for occupiers. The precinct includes integrated office areas, generous loading zones, designated car parking, and landscaping that enhances visual appeal and functionality. A proposed service station and convenience retail site at the front of the development adds a valuable layer of amenity for both tenants and the wider community.
Throughout delivery, Corplex worked closely with MAB and key consultants to ensure the design intent was matched by construction execution, with a strong focus on program, safety, and build quality. The final result is a contemporary, high-performing estate that provides long-term value to both investors and occupants.
