Situated on a 7,900m² site, the development delivers a total building area of approximately 4,600m², combining a 2,800m² warehouse, an 800m² two-level office and an 800m² showroom. The warehouse has been designed to support high-volume storage, efficient picking and dispatch, and the handling of large-format equipment, enabling Federal Hospitality Equipment to manage inventory with greater speed and accuracy.
The two-level office and showroom play a vital role in the business’s operations and brand presence. Light-filled, modern and welcoming, these spaces provide functional work environments for staff while allowing clients to view, experience and select from Federal Hospitality Equipment’s extensive product range in a professional showroom setting. This integration of operational and client-facing areas strengthens customer engagement and supports sales growth.
