Set on a 101,400m² site, the project comprises two expansive warehouse facilities, a premium 2,000m² two-level office, and an impressive 9,100m² canopy breezeway that seamlessly connects the two buildings, providing all-weather protection for goods movement and vehicle access.

Somerton’s New Industrial Powerhouse

The primary 55,700m² warehouse footprint has been intelligently configured to serve dual functions. One section is dedicated solely to high-density storage, complete with comprehensive pallet racking systems designed to maximise space utilisation and streamline access. The second warehouse supports loading, dispatch, and logistical operations, featuring wide access points, extensive concrete hardstands, and integrated infrastructure to ensure efficient and safe freight turnaround. 

Supporting these warehousing operations is the 2,000m² two-storey office, designed to accommodate management, administration, and logistics coordination with flexible, modern workspaces.

Next-Level Distribution

The development also includes a 53,000m² car park and external works area, with 310 on-site car spaces to service staff, logistics teams, and visitors, ensuring seamless access and flow throughout the site.
