The development comprises 28 architecturally designed warehouses totalling 5,100m2 and 41 versatile storage flexispaces taking up 1,100m2 of space, each with provisions for future mezzanine additions, offering occupants the flexibility to adapt their space as their business grows.

In addition to the industrial units, the site also includes four modern double-storey offices totalling 400m2 and a 200m2 centrally located café, creating a dynamic and activated business precinct.
Occupying a 15,200m² site, the project features 7,500m² of total roof coverage and 6,800m² of heavy-duty concrete roadways. These roadways have been designed, constructed, and formally registered as council roads, ensuring long-term durability, accessibility, and public use compliance. The attention to infrastructure not only improves internal circulation but also enhances overall site functionality and long-term asset value.
