At Corplex, we are proud to announce the successful completion of 7S Hampden Road, Cranbourne West, a project delivered in partnership with Stockland that stands as a testament to smart, sustainable and functional industrial design.

Set on a 27,650m² site, this development brings to life two modern warehouses with a combined 18,800m² of high-performance space. Designed to meet the evolving needs of contemporary industrial operators, the facilities feature 14,200m² of warehouse area, 800m² of bespoke office accommodation, and a 3,900m² canopy area that optimises loading and logistics flow.
