Corplex partnered with Home Delivery Services (HDS), a national leader in temperature-controlled last-mile logistics, to deliver a purpose-built facility designed to meet the rigorous demands of cold storage and distribution.
With over 17,200 square metres of developed space, this project has been delivered from concept to completion under Corplex’s end-to-end project management model.

From Concept to Cold Chain: Corplex Builds 17,200m² Logistics Hub for HDS
At the heart of the project is Stage 1, which introduces more than 10,500 square metres of advanced cold and freezer storage for Home Delivery Service. This includes eight dedicated freezer and chiller rooms, designed to meet the strict standards of temperature-sensitive logistics. With a total warehouse area of 8,300 square metres, supported by 1,500 square metres of covered canopy and a 500 square metre office, the facility is tailored to support high-volume, high-efficiency operations.
This new facility empowers Home Delivery Service to expand its reach and capacity in metropolitan Melbourne and beyond. Known for its role in distributing perishable goods to supermarkets, retailers and hospitality venues, Home Delivery Service now has a cutting-edge base that enhances cold chain integrity, streamlines freight handling and improves turnaround times.
