Where Fun Meets Function: Corplex Delivers Smart Logistics Hub for Hunter Leisure

Our recent project for Hunter Leisure in Keilor, Victoria, is a perfect example of how thoughtful design and precision construction can support a client whose products are all about fun, imagination, and movement.

Hunter Leisure is one of Australia’s most recognised names in toys, sporting goods, and leisure products. With over 50 years in the business, they distribute to major retailers nationwide and partner with some of the world’s most loved brands, from Marvel and Barbie to Hot Wheels and Disney. Their operations demand scale, efficiency and flexibility; the same qualities that defined their new facility in Melbourne’s north-west.

Built for Play: Corplex Completes New Home for Hunter Leisure in Keilor

Corplex was engaged to deliver a purpose-built facility that reflects Hunter Leisure’s brand values; smart, adaptable and made for performance. Situated on a 19,700 square metre site, the new facility includes a 4,500 square metre building that balances robust warehousing capability with modern office functionality.

The heart of the build is a 4,000 square metre high-clearance warehouse, designed for streamlined product handling, secure storage and rapid distribution. Adjoining the warehouse is a 400 square metre office, featuring open-plan workspaces and meeting rooms that support collaboration across logistics, sales and brand teams. The site layout allows for heavy vehicle access and efficient circulation, with ample hardstand and provision for future expansion as Hunter Leisure continues to grow.

Toying with Scale: Corplex Constructs High-Performance Facility for Hunter Leisure

From planning to handover, our team worked closely with Hunter Leisure to ensure the facility met both operational needs and brand aspirations. Natural light, sustainable materials and clean architectural lines give the building a contemporary, high-quality finish, reinforcing Hunter’s commitment to innovation and reliability.

This facility isn’t just a new home for Hunter Leisure’s products, it’s a new platform for their future. As their brands reach kids, families and retailers across Australia, Corplex is proud to have played a part in building the foundation that supports their next chapter. At Corplex, we don’t just build buildings. We build opportunity, scalability and trust – one project at a time.
