The centrepiece of the development is the impressive 700m² showroom, designed to showcase Kia’s latest vehicle range in a bright, open and contemporary environment. High ceilings, clear sightlines and premium finishes create a welcoming first impression, while generous glazing maximises natural light and enhances visibility from the street. Above the showroom, a mezzanine level accommodates offices and meeting rooms for sales, administration and customer support, providing a comfortable and professional workspace that supports daily operations and team collaboration.

A 800m² service area and a 400m² workshop have been carefully designed and fitted out with specialised infrastructure to support mechanical servicing, diagnostics and parts handling. These areas feature durable finishes, optimised layouts and safe vehicle circulation paths, enabling technicians to work efficiently while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards. The separation between customer-facing and back-of-house zones ensures smooth workflows and minimises disruption during peak service periods.
Externally, the front display carpark enhances the dealership’s street presence and provides customers with clear visibility of available vehicles, while also supporting convenient access and circulation across the site. Landscaping, signage and lighting were all delivered in line with Kia’s brand guidelines, reinforcing a cohesive and professional identity throughout the development.
