Komatsu’s Future-Ready Industrial Hub Now Complete
We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of the Komatsu Hire Facility in Truganina, delivered in partnership with Berton Investments. This purpose-built development stands as a robust, functional, and future-ready industrial facility that supports Komatsu’s ongoing operations in the machinery hire and service sector.
Situated on a 12,300m² site, the project comprises a total building area of 2,700m², incorporating a 1,300m² workshop with integrated spray booth and wash bay, and a modern 700m² two-storey office designed to accommodate Komatsu’s operational and administrative teams. The facility also includes 8,500m² of heavy-duty hardstand, engineered for the movement, storage, and servicing of large-scale machinery and equipment.

The workshop has been tailored to suit Komatsu’s specialised service requirements, with high-clearance bays, durable finishes, and infrastructure to support ongoing equipment maintenance and refurbishment. Meanwhile, the office space offers a comfortable and functional working environment, balancing open-plan areas with private meeting rooms and staff amenities.
Sustainability, operational flow, and long-term performance were key drivers throughout the design and construction process. From early planning stages to final delivery, Corplex worked closely with Berton Investments and key stakeholders to ensure every element of the build met the needs of both the client and the end user.
