BUSINESS PARK

Building the Future of the West

At the gateway to Melbourne’s western logistics corridor, Corplex has proudly partnered with KH Cherry Investments to transform a 96,000m² site into a future-focused industrial and commercial precinct. Designed for operational efficiency and growth, this large-scale development delivers over 47,000m² of warehouse space supported by 5,000m² of modern office accommodation for each warehouse, along with a new service station to complete the site’s offering.

Stage One saw the successful completion of Warehouses C and D, which are now fully operational. Warehouse C is home to Skutopia, a tech-enabled logistics provider; and in Warehouse D, premium furniture brand Koala Living occupies a tailored space.

Where Industry, Community and Innovation Connect

Stage Two, currently being finalised, includes Warehouses A and B, as well as the construction of a service station positioned along Kororoit Creek Road. Warehouse A will soon welcome Foodbank, Australia’s largest food relief organisation. Warehouse B remains available for future tenancy.

This estate showcases the benefits of collaboration and flexible design. Corplex has worked closely with KH Cherry Investments and each tenant to deliver high-performance facilities that respond to operational demands while supporting long-term growth.

Purpose-Built for Performance and Growth

More than a collection of warehouses, this development reflects a shared commitment to building places that enable industry, community and innovation. It’s a project that elevates the western industrial corridor and reaffirms Corplex’s ability to deliver large-scale, purpose-built developments that perform well into the future.
