Flexible Spaces, Future Ready: Lorexi New Industrial Hub
Corplex is proud to have delivered this high-quality industrial facility for Lorexi in Epping, a development that brings together functionality, durability and contemporary design to create a space tailored to the needs of modern industrial users.
Situated on a 5,500m² site, the project comprises a total building area of 3,200m², including a 2,600m² warehouse and a 400m² double-storey office, both designed for long-term performance and operational flexibility. The warehouse offers ample internal clearance, durable finishes, and structural provisions to accommodate a range of storage and industrial uses, while the seamlessly integrated office space provides well-appointed, light-filled areas for administration, meetings and client engagement.

Durability Meets Design: Corplex Builds Lorexi Epping Facility
Designed with both productivity and comfort in mind, the office incorporates modern materials and finishes to create a professional and welcoming environment. A 300m² canopy supports efficient loading and unloading operations, providing weather-protected access to key warehouse areas.
Externally, the site includes 2,200m² of heavy-duty hardstand, constructed to support frequent heavy vehicle movement and outdoor operations. The total roof area of 3,000m² ensures complete coverage across all warehouse and office components, protecting operations year-round. The build also required the precise placement of over 1,300m³ of concrete, executed with a focus on structural integrity and long-term durability.

Throughout the design and construction process, Corplex worked closely with AuOro to ensure that every aspect of the facility aligned with their operational goals while delivering a high level of quality and performance. Generous on-site car parking was also incorporated to accommodate staff and visitors, enhancing daily usability and site access.
