Purpose-Built for Performance: Corplex Delivers for LUUS in Sunshine West
Corplex is proud to have delivered a purpose-built facility for LUUS Industries, a leading Australian manufacturer of commercial catering equipment, in Melbourne’s industrial heartland of Sunshine West. This bespoke office, warehouse and showroom development was designed to support LUUS’s expanding operations while showcasing their brand, products and people in a facility that is as functional as it is visually striking.
Located on a 9,000m² site with a total developed area of 8,100m², the project includes a 4,500m² building footprint comprising a 3,900m² warehouse, an 800m² modern office and a 500m² purpose-designed showroom. The warehouse has been carefully configured to streamline manufacturing, assembly and distribution, featuring durable industrial finishes, high-clearance racking zones, wide internal aisles and efficient circulation paths tailored to the daily demands of large-scale production and logistics.

Operational efficiency was a key driver of the design, with clear separation between manufacturing, storage and dispatch zones to optimise workflow and minimise handling. Generous loading areas and vehicle access support smooth inbound and outbound movements, enabling LUUS to scale operations and respond quickly to customer demand.
The front-of-house spaces were designed to reflect LUUS’s innovative, practical and proudly Australian brand identity. The double-storey office is flooded with natural light and provides a contemporary working environment with open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, breakout areas and amenities that support collaboration, wellbeing and productivity for staff.
Cooking Up Growth: A Custom-Built HQ for LUUS Industries
Complementing this is the dedicated showroom, which delivers a polished, engaging setting for clients, chefs and partners to experience LUUS’s industry-leading product range firsthand. High-end finishes, integrated services and a flexible layout allow the space to support live demonstrations, training sessions, presentations and customer engagement, reinforcing LUUS’s position at the forefront of commercial catering solutions.
Throughout the project, Corplex worked closely with LUUS to ensure the facility not only met immediate operational requirements but also allowed for future growth and adaptability. The result is a future-ready industrial headquarters that strengthens LUUS’s manufacturing capability, elevates their brand presence and supports their continued success within Australia’s commercial catering sector.
