Corplex is proud to have delivered a bold and highly functional new headquarters for MCC 4×4 in Epping, purpose-built to support the company’s growing footprint in Australia’s thriving off-road and automotive accessories market. Designed as a one-stop destination for manufacturing, showcasing and vehicle fit-outs, the 5,500m² facility is a true reflection of MCC’s brand; tough, capable and built for performance.
MCC 4×4 is a recognised leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of premium off-road accessories, supplying bull bars, canopies, trays, suspension systems and touring solutions to customers nationwide. With demand continuing to grow across both retail and trade channels, MCC required a facility that could consolidate operations, improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience, all while supporting future expansion.

The project sits on a generous 8,800m² site, with the built form including a 4,100m² warehouse, 500m² customer-facing showroom, 300m² workshop and fitting bays, 300m² manufacturing space, and a 200m² office, all brought together in a cohesive and efficient layout. A 265m² canopy provides all-weather coverage for deliveries, dispatch and logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods and minimising downtime.
At the front of the building, the striking showroom acts as the public face of the brand, welcoming customers into an immersive environment where MCC’s full range of rugged 4×4 accessories can be viewed, specified and experienced firsthand. This space plays a critical role in customer engagement, allowing MCC to showcase product quality and provide expert advice in a setting that reflects the durability and performance of their offering.
Rugged, Refined, Ready: MCC 4×4’s New Home Assembled by Corplex
Behind the scenes, the warehouse, manufacturing and workshop zones form the operational engine of the facility. These areas have been purpose-designed to support efficient storage, fabrication and vehicle fit-outs, with clear circulation paths, robust floor finishes and layouts that enable teams to move seamlessly from manufacturing to installation. This integrated approach significantly reduces handling time, improves workflow and allows MCC to increase throughput while maintaining high quality standards.
The office component provides a modern and comfortable environment for administration, management and customer service teams, supporting collaboration and efficient decision-making.
