This design and construct project at Peet St Pakenham delivers a factory of 10,300m2, Ground Floor Office of 650m2 and 1,600m2 of canopies located on a 27,500m2 site. With the 6 overhead gantry cranes, extra-heavy-duty concrete and an enormous open hardstand, this building will be a new production powerhouse for Metroll east of Melbourne.

We have worked closely with the team at Metroll on the details of this impressive building which will inform their future warehouses with the next project in South Australia about to begin.
