Corplex is proud to have delivered the Tarneit Childcare Centre for our repeat client, Allaf, continuing a trusted partnership centred on the delivery of high-quality community infrastructure. This project reflects a shared commitment to creating safe, functional and engaging environments that support early childhood education and meet the needs of growing communities.
Situated on a 2,500m² site, the development comprises a 1,000m² purpose-built childcare facility, carefully designed to balance operational efficiency with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children, educators and families. The internal layout has been thoughtfully planned to support day-to-day learning and care, incorporating bright learning rooms, staff facilities, amenities and support spaces that encourage interaction, supervision and flexibility.

A standout feature of the centre is the expansive 1,000m² outdoor play area, providing generous space for physical activity, exploration and learning through play. Designed with a variety of surfaces and activity zones, the outdoor environment promotes safe, age-appropriate engagement while fostering creativity and development in an open, natural setting.
To support the smooth operation of the centre, the development also includes a 600m² on-site car park, seamlessly integrated into the overall site layout. Clear traffic circulation, dedicated drop-off and pick-up zones, and safe pedestrian access ensure convenience and safety for families and staff during peak periods.

Throughout the project, Corplex worked closely with Allaf and project stakeholders to ensure the facility met all regulatory and compliance requirements while reflecting best practice in early learning design.
