Positioned on a 34,900m² site, the completed development delivers a total building area of 24,800m², creating a bold and efficient footprint engineered for scale, flow and performance. The facility is anchored by a 20,500m² warehouse featuring clear spans, generous internal heights and adaptable racking configurations to support high-throughput operations. Complementing this is a 3,800m² canopy that enables all-weather loading and fast vehicle turnaround, ensuring consistent productivity across shifting operational demands.

At the front of the site, a 600m² office component provides a contemporary workspace for management and support teams. Designed with natural light, functional layouts and modern amenities, it strengthens the connection between administrative and warehouse operations while elevating the everyday work environment.
