Positioned on a prominent 4,800m² site, the development has been carefully planned to balance front-of-house presentation with efficient back-of-house operations. The facility includes a total of 900m² of internal showroom, reception and mezzanine-level office spaces, creating a welcoming and professional environment for both customers and staff. The 400m² ground-floor showroom provides a bright, open-plan setting to display Nissan’s latest vehicle range, with strong sightlines, generous glazing and a layout that reinforces brand presence and customer engagement.

Behind the scenes, the dealership is equipped with an 800m² service area and a 300m² workshop, purpose-built to manage a high volume of servicing, repairs and maintenance. Fitted with specialised machinery and equipment, these spaces have been designed to optimise workflow, vehicle movement and safety, ensuring technicians can operate efficiently and minimise turnaround times. A dedicated spare parts storage area further enhances after-sales capability, allowing for fast access to components and seamless support for customers.
