Pinnacle Hardware is an Australian-owned company specialising in high-quality home improvement, garage storage and hardware solutions. Their products are distributed across major retailers and used by homeowners and professionals alike. As the company’s product range and logistics network have grown, so too has the need for a modern facility that enhances operational efficiency, brand expression and customer service capability.
Set on a 30,000m² site, this new facility consolidates Pinnacle’s warehousing, distribution and corporate functions under one roof, creating a central hub for operations, collaboration and future growth.

Streamlined Logistics and Bold Design: Pinnacle Hardware’s New Home.
The development features a 13,100m² warehouse purpose-built for scale, efficiency and performance. With high-clearance racking systems and recessed loading docks, the space supports streamlined distribution and safe vehicle access, ensuring the smooth movement of products across Australia. A large super awning extends the facility’s operational capacity, providing additional weather-protected loading areas and flexibility for peak demand periods.
At the front of the site, a 1,500m² two-storey office provides a striking and highly functional workspace. Designed with open-plan zones, meeting suites, breakout areas, a staff gym and client-facing facilities, the office reflects Pinnacle’s professional brand identity while fostering collaboration and productivity. Bold architectural elements, including the company’s signature red branding, create a strong visual presence and a clear expression of who Pinnacle Hardware is; practical, innovative and confident.

The facility’s design supports operational flow from warehouse to office, minimising inefficiencies while improving connectivity between corporate and logistics teams. Every element of the build was executed with long-term functionality and durability in mind, from the structural design and material selection to the mechanical and safety systems supporting day-to-day operations.
This new Cranbourne headquarters provides Pinnacle Hardware with the infrastructure it needs to continue scaling nationally, improving distribution capacity, increasing operational speed and reinforcing its reputation for quality and reliability in the Australian hardware market.
