Delivered on a 3,400m² site, the development comprises three architecturally designed warehouses, each offering flexible layouts to accommodate a wide range of industrial, trade and business uses. One warehouse incorporates its own integrated single-storey office, providing a self-contained solution for owner-occupiers or tenants seeking operational independence. The remaining two warehouses are unified by a striking shared two-storey office structure, forming a central hub that enhances connectivity between tenancies while creating a strong and contemporary street presence.
