We are happy to share the official completion of our industrial development at 3 Scanlon Drive, Epping for AuOro, a significant multi-unit project that showcases Corplex’s capability in delivering complex, large-scale industrial estates to a high standard.
Situated on a 24,000m² site, the project comprises a total of 42 warehouse units, offering a flexible mix of industrial spaces tailored to a range of occupiers. Of these, 22 warehouses feature integrated office spaces, supporting administrative and operational functions, while 18 units were delivered as high-quality industrial stores, ideal for small-scale warehousing, trades, or storage uses.
