Corplex is proud to have collaborated with Skyreach, a national leader in access equipment hire, to deliver a bold, high-performance office and warehouse facility within the thriving industrial precinct of Laverton North. Designed to elevate operational efficiency while reflecting the energy and ambition of the Skyreach brand, this bespoke development transforms a 6,600m² site into a purpose-built headquarters that seamlessly integrates administration, maintenance and logistics under one roof.
Central to the facility is a robust 1,200m² workshop, engineered to support the servicing, inspection and maintenance of Skyreach’s extensive fleet of boom lifts, scissor lifts and telehandlers. The workshop has been designed with durability, safety and workflow efficiency at the forefront, allowing multiple units to be serviced concurrently while minimising downtime and maximising fleet availability. Adjacent to this space, a dedicated 100m² wash bay and a 300m² canopy provide all-weather cleaning, preparation and staging zones, ensuring equipment can be turned around quickly while maintaining a high standard of presentation.

With a total building area of 1,900m², the development is further supported by carefully planned circulation zones, reinforced hardstand areas and multiple access points designed to accommodate heavy machinery movements with ease. The inclusion of 20 on-site car spaces ensures convenient access for staff and visitors, while the overall site layout prioritises safety, efficiency and clear separation of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
