Corplex is proud to have delivered the new Spraying Systems facility in Truganina, a purpose-built industrial development designed to support the specialised operations of a global leader in spray technology. Located on a 6,500m² site within a key industrial corridor, the facility has been carefully planned to accommodate both advanced technical functions and day-to-day operational efficiency.
The development comprises a 2,800m² high-performance warehouse supported by an adjoining 700m² office, with each component tailored to meet the specific requirements of Spraying Systems’ manufacturing, testing and administrative teams. The warehouse provides generous clear-span areas and efficient circulation to support product assembly, storage and distribution, while allowing flexibility for future growth and operational evolution.

Architecturally, the building presents a strong and contemporary identity, combining precast concrete panels, architectural glazing and compressed cement sheet cladding. This material palette delivers a durable, low-maintenance façade while visually reflecting the precision, innovation and professionalism that define the Spraying Systems brand.
Internally, the warehouse has been meticulously configured to optimise workflow and product handling, with a key feature being the integration of a highly specialised 200m² Class 7 laboratory. Fully air-conditioned and pressurised, the laboratory has been designed to significantly minimise dust ingress, enabling accurate testing, research and quality control of spray systems within a controlled environment. The delivery of this laboratory required detailed coordination and careful execution to meet strict environmental, safety and performance standards, ensuring seamless integration within the broader industrial space.
