Storage King Expands: Corplex Delivers Tailored Truganina Facility
Another industrial project has been completed, this time for Storage Investments and their Truganina facility of Storage King on Dohertys Road. This project represents the continuation of our strong partnership and reflects our expertise in tailored industrial solutions that maximise both functionality and long-term value.
This stage of the development included the construction of a 2,000m² warehouse extension, comprising 13 additional storage units and an expanded external driveway to improve site access and circulation. The facility now spans an expansive 10,200m² site, with the design accommodating growing storage demands while ensuring efficiency and accessibility for users.

The new building includes a 200m² single-storey office, providing administrative and operational support, and a mezzanine level that further enhances the building’s capacity. In total, the facility includes 400m² of dedicated storage space, distributed across two internal levels and complemented by a series of externally accessed units, offering versatility to meet the needs of a wide range of tenants.
Architecturally, the facility presents a sleek and professional aesthetic, with a façade constructed from Colorbond metal cladding and compressed cement sheet, creating a clean, modern look that aligns with the brand identity of Storage Investments Australia. The layout of the facility was designed for efficient tenant movement, with wide driveways, durable hardstand surfaces, and considered landscaping to elevate the overall presentation of the site.
