Healing by Design: Corplex Delivers State-of-the-Art Medical Hub in Sunbury
Corplex is proud to partner with Racing West Pty Ltd to deliver this modern, multi-purpose healthcare facility at 38-42 Gap Road, Sunbury. Designed to respond to the growing healthcare needs of the local community, the project combines efficiency, care and architectural sophistication to create a welcoming and highly functional medical environment. Positioned on a 4,100m² site, the two-storey facility provides more than 2,300m² of purpose-built space, bringing a wide range of essential health services together under one roof.
The ground floor has been carefully planned to support both operational efficiency and a positive patient experience. A medical clinic, aesthetics suite, pathology laboratory and dispensary are arranged with clear zoning and direct access, allowing patients to move easily between services while maintaining privacy and comfort. The intuitive layout supports smooth workflows for practitioners and staff, helping reduce wait times and improve day-to-day operations.

Upstairs, a suite of specialist consulting rooms offers a calm, professional setting for a variety of healthcare providers. Designed to accommodate both current and future specialist services, these spaces provide flexibility while maintaining a consistent, high-quality environment for patients and clinicians alike. Natural light, considered finishes and acoustic separation contribute to a setting that promotes wellbeing and confidence.
Accessibility and community integration were key drivers of the design. With 31 on-site car spaces and pedestrian-friendly access from both Gap Road and Pasley Street, the facility ensures ease of arrival for patients, staff and visitors. The inclusion of landscaping, clear signage and welcoming entry points further enhances the centre’s connection to the surrounding neighbourhood.
