Where Precision Meets Performance: The New Home of Tempe Tyres
Located on a substantial 17,600m² parcel of land, this new development features a 3,300m² building footprint, including a 2,600m² high-clearance warehouse and supporting infrastructure designed for peak operational efficiency. The site layout, circulation paths and dock configurations were all tailored to support rapid logistics turnover and easy flow of goods in and out of the facility.
From the start, our goal was to create a facility that empowers Tempe Tyres to elevate their supply chain and streamline inventory management. The warehouse has been engineered to accommodate high-volume stock with seamless integration for future automation or expanded dispatch capabilities. Every square metre has been considered with the end user in mind.
Built to Perform: A High-Speed Hub for Tempe Tyres
In addition to the warehouse, the site includes carefully planned access roads, modified driveways, upgraded parking zones and sustainable infrastructure provisions; including EV charging facilities and translucent roof sheeting to enhance energy efficiency and lighting performance.
The result is a future-proof distribution centre that not only reflects the strength of Tempe Tyres’ brand but positions them to grow well into the next decade.
