Thompsons Gateway Grows: New Office Suites Boost Mixed-Use Precinct

We’re excited to be back on site at Thompsons Gateway in Cranbourne West, this time to deliver an extension to the Level 2 office space, further enhancing this already dynamic, mixed-use precinct.

The latest scope of works includes the reclamation and roofing of 700m² of external terrace, transforming it into valuable indoor space. This newly enclosed area now accommodates nine modern office suites, each complete with its own private kitchenette, along with shared breakout and common spaces that enhance functionality and comfort for tenants.

Corplex Expands Level 2 Office Space at Cranbourne West’s Thompsons Gateway

These additions have been designed to mirror the high-quality finishes and professional standards Corplex delivered in the original build, creating a seamless extension of the existing structure.

Delivered in collaboration with our long-term client Pomeroy Pacific, the broader Thompsons Gateway development spans a 13,000m² site, with a total building area of 6,000m², and a roof area of 6,400m². The project incorporates over 5,000m² of warehouse space, 600m² of service areas, and an estimated 3,000m³ of poured concrete, underscoring the scale and complexity of this integrated commercial precinct.

Seamless Office Extension Enhances Thompsons Gateway’s Dynamic Hub

The site features a carefully curated mix of tenancies including a service station, retail stores, food outlets, a gym, medical centre, and now expanded office offerings, making it a central hub for Melbourne’s growing south-east corridor.
