Big things are taking shape on the Mornington Peninsula, where Corplex is proud to partner with Gestalt to deliver the Free Form project; a contemporary industrial precinct that’s redefining expectations for warehouse and commercial design. Spanning approximately 14,700m², this ambitious development combines architectural flair with construction expertise to create a space that’s as functional as it is visually striking.
Free Form comprises five individual buildings featuring 37 flexible warehouse units and a café with outdoor decking, all designed to support a diverse mix of businesses. Each warehouse offers a carefully considered layout with fully fitted mezzanine offices, private amenities and quality finishes throughout. Timber staircases, perforated mesh balustrades and timber-look aluminium battens over each entry bring a level of detail rarely seen in industrial projects of this scale.

These roadways have been designed, constructed, and formally registered as council roads, ensuring long-term durability, accessibility, and public use compliance.
