Access to the first floor is facilitated by a robust concrete vehicle ramp leading to a post-tensioned slab, where 13 state-of-the-art industrial units have been constructed. These units feature premium finishes and mezzanine office spaces, designed to meet the needs of innovative businesses requiring flexible, high-quality workspace. The inclusion of a dedicated carpark further enhances the functionality and accessibility of the development.
