Corplex Constructs Next Phase of BoardPro’s Growth in Pakenham.
Set on a 7,100m² site, the purpose-built facility has been designed to combine scale, functionality and architectural sophistication, embodying BoardPro’s design-focused brand identity.
Once complete, it will deliver a total building area of 5,100m², comprising a 3,300m² warehouse for streamlined storage and distribution, a 700m² office space for administration and design operations, and a 1,300m² canopy to support efficient, all-weather logistics.
