Bringing Carl’s Jr to Melbourne: Corplex Serves Up a New Dining Destination
We are proud to announce the successful delivery of the new Carl’s Jr restaurant in Thomastown, Victoria, the latest addition to Melbourne’s growing fast-casual dining scene. This milestone project marks Corplex’s first collaboration with Carl’s Jr and Kingdom Projects, and we are thrilled to have played a key role in bringing this globally recognised brand to the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Located on Dalton Road, the purpose-built restaurant is designed to offer a premium customer experience, with 100 seats across indoor and outdoor dining areas, a double drive-through to support high-volume takeaway service, and 26 convenient parking bays. The site spans 2,605m² with a 371m² total build area, delivered with a focus on efficiency, quality and future operational needs.
