Breaking New Ground: Corplex Delivers Pinnacle Hardware’s First WA Headquarters.
At Corplex, we’re proud to help leading Australian businesses expand their reach through spaces designed for performance, longevity and growth. Following the success of Pinnacle Hardware’s Victorian headquarters in Cranbourne West, our partnership with this fast-growing brand has continued on new ground, this time in Western Australia where we have delivered a state-of-the-art headquarters in Henderson.
This milestone development not only strengthens Pinnacle Hardware’s national footprint but also marks a significant chapter for Corplex – our first major project in Western Australia. It demonstrates our ability to deliver consistent quality and tailored solutions across state lines, bringing the same high standards of construction, collaboration and precision that define every Corplex build.
Occupying a well-positioned industrial site with strong connections to Perth’s logistics network, the new Pinnacle Hardware WA facility was designed and delivered to mirror the proven success of their Victorian hub, while incorporating regional design nuances and operational efficiencies specific to the local market.

National Growth, Local Strength: Corplex Expands Partnership with Pinnacle in WA
The development features a 6,800m² warehouse, built for scalability, functionality and seamless logistics. With recessed loading docks, ample hardstand, and a 2,100m² concrete canopy, the facility is optimised for all-weather operations and efficient vehicle movement. The warehouse’s layout supports high-volume racking, streamlined dispatch processes and the secure handling of stock, reflecting Pinnacle’s continued investment in distribution performance and reliability.
At the front of the site, a 200m² office space provides a professional and comfortable environment for staff and visitors alike. Compact yet efficient, it houses open-plan work areas, meeting spaces and amenities designed for ease of communication between office and warehouse operations. The building’s exterior presents a bold, modern façade that integrates Pinnacle’s signature brand identity, reinforcing their strong market presence and visual consistency nationwide.
To ensure the highest quality of execution, Corplex engaged leading local contractors and suppliers, including Perna Group, Waratah Roofing, Team Electrical Services, and S&C Concrete; trusted Western Australian brands whose expertise and craftsmanship contributed to the success of the build.
