Corplex is proud to unveil the new purpose-built facility for Fulfillio, delivered in partnership with KH Cherry Investments as part of their landmark Kororoit Creek Road industrial development. Spanning a 96,400-square-metre masterplanned precinct, the project is helping reshape Melbourne’s western industrial corridor through scale, quality and long-term adaptability.
Fulfillio specialises in end-to-end logistics, warehousing and order fulfilment solutions that support businesses with storage, inventory management and distribution. Designed specifically to enhance these operations, the new facility delivers a total building area of 12,200 square metres, including a 10,400-square-metre warehouse, an 800-square-metre office and a 1,100-square-metre canopy. This configuration provides the operational capacity, workflow efficiency and infrastructure required to support high-volume logistics activity.
