The precinct includes 18 high-quality warehouse units totalling 3,500m², built to suit a range of industrial and logistics users. Complementing the warehouse offering is a substantial 5,500m² office component, integrated across two contemporary four-storey buildings that house 25 modern office suites. These flexible, light-filled spaces were designed with tenant comfort, efficiency and long-term usability in mind.

Adding to the amenity of the site, the buildings also feature a rich blend of retail and service offerings, including 1,000m² of retail space, 1,200m² dedicated to café and food & beverage tenancies, a 400m² medical centre, a full-service 900m² service station, home to United Petroleum with an integrated Pie Face outlet. This diverse mix has created a vibrant, self-sustaining commercial hub that supports both tenants and the wider community. The development also includes 101 undercover car parks, ensuring accessible, functional parking for staff, visitors and customers alike.
