Located on a 20,000m² site, the new development has been purposefully designed to support these operational demands through a combination of robust industrial functionality and efficient spatial planning. The project comprises 8,600m² of total building area, including 6,500m² of industrial warehouse and manufacturing space, 500m² of modern office accommodation and 1,600m² of expansive covered canopies that provide protected loading, storage and operational areas.
