Foundations for Growth: Corplex Transforms 31 Hectares into a Future-Ready Industrial Precinct
Stage One spanned a well-located 4.72-hectare site, where our team delivered a three-lot industrial subdivision supported by essential new infrastructure. This phase included 13,000m³ of earthworks cut, the extension of National Drive, 2.5km of underground services, 6,000m² of asphalt roads and 2,500m² of landscaping featuring 61 newly planted trees. Carefully sequenced planning ensured minimal disruption to the surrounding network, while positioning the site for future development with efficiency and longevity in mind.
Building on that success, Stage Two expanded the scope dramatically across a substantial 27-hectare landholding. Here, Corplex once again delivered a three-lot subdivision, complemented by a new service road along Palmers Road and the extension of Logistic Drive, key connections within Truganina’s rapidly growing industrial grid. With 60,000m³ of earthworks fill, 3km of underground services, 4,200m² of asphalt paving and 16,000m² of landscaping incorporating 178 trees and more than 16,000 plants, Stage Two represents one of our most significant civil undertakings to date.
Across both stages, our focus remained clear: deliver high-quality, future-ready infrastructure that empowers Charter Hall’s long-term development vision. These works ensure each site is strategically positioned for industrial facilities that demand reliability, durability and seamless logistical access, attributes central to Charter Hall’s market-leading industrial portfolio.
